Here are some of our menu suggestions:

Lunches

The Buffet Lunch
A “chef’s choice” buffet, including entrees, salads, and side dishes, along with the dessert of the day. This buffet has something to satisfy everyone’s appetite. Available for groups of 8 or larger.
The Sandwich Bar
Choose from our specialty breads and rolls, and then assemble your own sandwich from trays of cold meats, cheese, and a variety of condiments.
New Orleans Muffaletta
A Cajun “hero” on garlic foccacia bread, this sandwich features layers of ham or smoked turkey, hard salami, smoked provolone cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and a special olive and hot pepper relish for that “Big Easy” taste. Also available as a vegetarian choice, with roasted vegetables, cheese, and olive relish.

Tenderloin Blue Cheese Burger
Ground beef tenderloin, stuffed with Maytag blue cheese, grilled, and served open-face on black bread, topped with grilled onions. Can also be served on a hamburger bun.
Classic Chicken Salad
Poached chicken, cut and combined with celery, green onions, shredded carrots, and a creamy dressing. Served on a croissant, or on a bed of lettuce. Can also be made with white Albacore tuna.
Blackened Chicken Caesar Salad
Chicken is cooked with Cajun spices, sliced, and served on a bed of Caesar salad with garlic croutons and Parmesan curls.

Grilled Tuna Salad Nicoise
In this classic French salad, sashimi-grade tuna is grilled, flaked and served with French potato salad, green beans, hard-cooked eggs, and black olives on a bed of romaine lettuce, topped with a garlic vinaigrette dressing.
Chicken Tetrazzini from Kelly’s Table
Poached chicken breast on a bed of spaghetti and sauteed mushrooms, topped with a flavorful Sauce Parisienne.

Break and Snack Menu

Muffins and More–A tray of assorted muffins, sweet breads, and coffee cake.
The Cookie Basket–A variety of freshly-baked cookies.
Veggie-Good–A tray of fresh vegetables, with herb dip.
Hummus Among Us–Greek-style hummus, pita bread, and veggie dippers.
Trio of Spreads from Kelly’s Table–Our signature spreads of Irish Smoked Salmon, Three-Cheese Spread, and Duck and Chicken Liver Pate, with peppered melba toasts.
Baskets of Snacks–Pretzels, chips, and snack mix. Add dips and/or salsa.

Hot Hors d’oeuvres

Curried Onion Croustades–creamy onion mixture with raisins served in a small toast cup
Creamy Wild Mushroom Croustades–a creamy herb-infused filling baked in a toast cup
Tomato Basil Crostini–sundried and fresh tomatoes, with fresh basil and mozzarella cheese

Chicken Caesar Puffs–chicken, artichoke hearts, and Parmesan, baked on bread rounds
Crabmeat Puffs–crabmeat, ginger, scallions, and lots of Parmesan, baked on toast rounds
Chicken Skewers with Bearnaise Mayonnaise

Crabmeat and Avocado Quesedillas with Mango Salsa–baked in tiny tortilla cups
Artichoke-Poblano Mousse–a lemony mixture of artichoke and poblano chilies, baked in fillo cups
Roasted Peppers and Goat Cheese Tartines–baked in fillo cups

Wild Mushroom Torta–sauteed wild mushrooms baked in a tart crust
Blue Cheese and Onion Foccacia–caramelized onions, blue cheese, and rosemary
